Is the free tier really free?
Yes. 50 free credits per month, no credit card, no trial period, no automatic charge. The credits do not roll over month-to-month (use them or lose them) but you can always top up with pay-per-image credits at $0.10 each.
What counts as a credit?
One credit = one image processed. If you batch-upload 100 product photos, that is 100 credits. There is no per-step credit — the AI, the refinement tools, and the export are all included in the same one-credit-per-image price.
How does the Pro plan compare to Remove.bg or PhotoRoom?
BGRemover Pro at $4.99/mo gives you 500 credits. Remove.bg's cheapest plan with full-resolution export is $9/mo for 40 images. PhotoRoom Pro is $9.99/mo with limited daily saves. The per-image price is 8–10x lower on BGRemover for equivalent quality.
Do unused Pro credits roll over?
Yes, unused credits roll over for one billing cycle. If you have 200 credits left at the end of the month, those credits are added to next month's allowance. After that they expire.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard in two clicks. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period, then the account reverts to the free tier automatically. No retention calls, no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most regional payment methods (iDEAL, Klarna, SEPA, Alipay, WeChat Pay). Business plans can be invoiced in USD, EUR, or GBP.
Do you offer a free trial of the Pro plan?
The free tier is effectively a permanent trial — 50 free credits per month, every month, with no credit card required. We do not run a 14-day Pro trial because the free tier is enough to evaluate the product.
How do I get an invoice for my Business plan?
Invoices are automatically emailed at the end of each billing cycle. You can also download them from the dashboard. Business customers can request custom billing terms (net 30, PO numbers, multi-year contracts).
